Photo Club
I’ve joined a photo club run by Andrew Newson. We meet once a month and are set an assignment with reference to a photographer (or photographers) and then go off and do our stuff and are reviewed the following month. The first assignment was beauty in the banal, with reference to William Eggleston.

Geo
I’ve been thinking about the word Geo for a while, because I like geometric abstraction and also because of what I always thought of as the best ever name for a moment in art (and one of my favorite moments in art) neo-geo. A very English take on what was a very American movement.

Resolutions
Clearly this should have been posted at the beginning of the year, but better late than never.

Art School Arnie
My first post could only really be one thing, old oil paintings of Arnold Schwarzenegger, obviously. Created in what seems like a previous lifetime and finally online as proof that such things do exist.
